Refund Policy
The Sean for Katy ISD Campaign complies with all applicable Texas campaign finance laws regarding political contributions.
Political Contributions
All contributions are considered final and are treated as political donations under Texas law.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

A contribution exceeds legal limits

A contribution is determined to be impermissible under Texas law

A duplicate contribution was made in error

A technical processing error occurred

The Campaign reserves the right to refund any contribution that does not comply with Texas Election Code or Texas Ethics Commission regulations.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe a contribution was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction:

Include your full name, date of contribution, and amount contributed.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
